We independently master core technologies for high-purity boron purification and boron isotope separation, and operate in-house production lines alongside accredited third-party testing partners. We are not a pure trading firm and can independently complete the full workflow of R&D, custom manufacturing and global export.
Raw materials are sourced from compliant salt-lake boron ore bases within China with full traceability across the supply chain. We maintain sufficient production capacity to fulfill stable bulk orders for global clients over the long term.
Every product corresponds to an official CAS registry number, e.g. crystalline boron CAS 7440-42-8, boron carbide CAS 12069-32-8. CAS documentation can be provided alongside orders for customers’ qualification filings.
Our domestic manufacturing facilities are confidential units filed with government authorities under strict site access control, and are not open to external tours or on-site inspections. 6N crystalline boron features complete crystal lattices with metallic impurities controlled down to ppb levels, designed for solid-state doping of silicon and SiC single crystal wafers. Amorphous boron delivers superior chemical reactivity, widely used as a precursor for boride synthesis and raw material for new energy airbags.
Purity ranges from 2N to 6N (99%–99.9999%). For 6N grade, total metallic impurities are below 1.0 ppm with strict caps on individual impurities such as Al and Fe. Full impurity test data sheets are available upon request.
Standard D50 ≤ 2 μm, with customizable submicron powder at 500 nm. Fine elemental boron powder with purity exceeding 97% is subject to export control; only granular forms with particle size ≥500 μm are available for export.
¹⁰B delivers exceptional thermal neutron absorption performance, applied in BNCT targeted anti-cancer pharmaceuticals and chemical shim control for commercial nuclear power plants. ¹¹B barely captures neutrons to eliminate chip soft errors, serving as dedicated ion implantation source gas for advanced semiconductor process nodes.
Enriched boric acid-¹⁰B is the core raw material for BNCT boron drug synthesis and chemical shim agents in civilian nuclear reactors. Enriched boron trifluoride-¹¹B is an electronic specialty gas for P-type doping of wafers and display panels.
Abundance for the ¹¹B series can be tailored up to a maximum of 99.9 atom%. Enriched ¹⁰B products fall under dual-use item export control; customer qualification review must be completed prior to discussing any abundance customization requests.
