Hexagonal boron nitride is used for thermal management of AI chips; cubic boron nitride for precision polishing of SiC wafers; boron carbide as lightweight neutron shielding structural material for civilian use; lanthanum/cerium hexaboride as electron gun cathodes for electron microscopes and plasma sources for semiconductor equipment.
Customizable parameters include powder particle size, particle morphology, specific surface area, packaging specifications and filling volume of boron trifluoride cylinders.
Grades are divided into industrial grade, electronic grade, nuclear grade and BNCT pharmaceutical grade, with progressively stricter impurity limits. Exclusive compliance test documentation can be provided for pharmaceutical and nuclear grades.
Powders are packed in vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags or inert-gas-filled PTFE bottles; boric acid is supplied in moisture-proof fiber drums; isotopic gases are loaded into standard high-pressure cylinders. Hermetic inert sealing and special protective packaging can be adjusted to client requirements.
Small lab-scale trial samples starting from 5 g are available. Standard sample raw materials are complimentary; shipping fees are borne by the buyer and can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders. Compliance review must be passed before arranging isotope sample delivery.
Standard boride samples are dispatched within 3–5 working days upon review approval. Enriched ¹⁰B and other isotopic samples require license processing, with a total lead time of 30–45 working days.

Small lab orders of conventional borides can start at gram quantities. High-abundance boron isotopes have a base MOQ limited by production line processes, and small-batch scheduling can be negotiated.
Standard high-purity boron and boron nitride: 7–15 working days. Customized products depend on process adjustment cycles. Enriched ¹⁰B series includes license processing, with a total lead time of 30–45 working days.
Annual framework agreements can be signed to lock pricing for an agreed term. We will reserve safety stock based on your demand forecasts and arrange phased production and delivery as requested.
Delivery terms: CIF destination port applies by default for sea freight orders; DDU can be negotiated for air shipments. Other Incoterms require separate discussion. Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required for all orders. Full balance must be settled prior to shipment for air freight orders; for sea freight orders, full payment is required against copy of bill of lading before telex release. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is supported, and Letters of Credit (L/C) are acceptable for large long-term orders subject to negotiated terms.
Complete CoA documents accompany all shipments, covering full test data including purity, isotopic abundance, metallic/non-metallic impurities, particle size and crystal phase.
